At RevivPro, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. So, here is our simple policy that makes returns and refunds hassle-free.
Returns
We offer a 100-day return policy to give you enough time to assess your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and parts.
- Ice baths that have been filled with water are non-returnable. You may sit in the ice bath (without water) to ensure it meets your expectations.
- Kindly note that you will have to pay the return shipping cost.
- Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To start a return, please inform us at support@revivpro.com. Our team will ask for some photos of the product to confirm whether it is unused or can be resold. Only then will we approve the return request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we will process the refund immediately to your original payment method.
Refunds typically reflect in 5–10 business days. If it takes longer, please contact us at support@revivpro.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your product upon arrival and contact us at support@revivpro.com immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We provide refunds or replacements for manufacturer-related issues if reported within 10 days of delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents is not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are faulty or damaged. If an exchange is needed, contact us at support@revivpro.com to receive a return label and instructions.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Our products include a 1-year warranty for structural defects, such as seam leaks.
- Minor damage like small holes or wear is not covered if reported after 10 days.
- Each warranty allows only one replacement per product.
Missing Items
If part of your order is missing, report it within 10 days of delivery. Items reported after this period are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you want to cancel an order, contact us at support@revivpro.com immediately. Cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking confirms your package is lost, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
- Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for a refund unless covered by additional insurance.
Note: Since customers are responsible for return shipping charges, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning high-value or expensive items.
