The RevivPro Portable Steam Sauna Box with Red Light Therapy combines full-body steam heat with 660nm red light skin care in one compact, foldable unit — supporting detox, skin rejuvenation, and muscle recovery from the comfort of home. With 7 adjustable heat levels, a built-in 3L steam generator, and targeted red light panels, it delivers a professional spa experience without leaving your house.
Two Therapies, One Session
Steam heat and red light therapy work in complementary ways. The steam opens pores and raises core body temperature to support circulation and sweating, while 660nm red light penetrates skin tissue to support collagen production and skin cell renewal. Used together in a single 15–30 minute session, they create a layered wellness routine that would otherwise require separate equipment or a spa visit.

How to Use
Fill the steam generator with water, set your preferred heat level, and allow 3–5 minutes for the sauna to reach temperature. Sit inside with your head outside the tent opening and relax for 15–30 minutes. After your session, wipe down the interior and fold flat for storage. For best results, use 3–5 times per week as part of your regular wellness routine.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a portable steam sauna with red light therapy do?
It combines two wellness modalities in one session: steam heat supports circulation, sweating, and muscle relaxation, while 660nm red light supports skin cell renewal and a healthier complexion. Together they create a layered at-home spa experience targeting both body recovery and skin wellness simultaneously.
How often should I use the steam sauna?
3–5 sessions per week is a common starting point. Each session is 15–30 minutes. Allow your body to cool down and rehydrate after each session. Daily use is safe for most healthy adults, but starting with every other day is recommended if you are new to heat therapy.
Is it safe to use the red light and steam at the same time?
Yes. The 660nm red light operates at a low-energy, non-thermal wavelength that does not add meaningful heat to the session. Individuals with heat-sensitive conditions, cardiovascular concerns, or those who are pregnant should consult their healthcare provider before use.
How does this compare to a traditional home sauna?
Traditional saunas require permanent installation, significant space, and cost thousands of dollars. The RevivPro portable steam sauna sets up in minutes, stores flat, and delivers comparable full-body steam heat at a fraction of the cost — with the added benefit of integrated red light therapy.
Does it work for both men and women?
Yes — the sauna tent accommodates adult body sizes comfortably regardless of gender. The heat, steam, and red light benefits apply equally to all users seeking recovery support, skin wellness, or stress relief.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 453 reviews.
It’s the most affordable tent sauna I’ve found with a ceramic heater. (I don’t use the steam). Put it together in like 5 minutes and heated up v quick. Could it have more insulation, be bigger, etc. etc? Yeah but I’m giving this five stars for the price and ease to put together. The ceramic heater has several options and is tiltable. Let’s hope it lasts!
